Delphi Toys is a pack of easy-to-use components for accessing complex things from the WinAPI and low-level VCLs. System-wide hot keys component. It allows you to edit the hot key list at design time with the published Keys property and at runtime with several Register* and Unregister* methods which support both WinAPI Key/Shift and VCL ShortCut. - System Mouse
